Facilities

Recreatiecentrum De Zuidduinen offers all the necessary facilities in order to stay on site all day. Either you want to buy your daily purchases or you want to eat something: you do not have to leave our campsite!

A good start of the day with the freshly baked bread from the supermarket. You can also buy your morning paper, fresh milk, vegetables and the rest of your daily shopping here. Hungry? Come to De Zuidwester. This is a hospitable restaurant where you can eat with your whole family. You can have a nice meal, but you can also go there for a snack, drink or ice cream.

The sanitary facilities are concentrated in one building. This building is heated, well maintained and clean. The showers are free of charge. A launderette with dryer is opened daily.

Children have a ball at De Zuidduinen. Not only beach, sand dunes, play and pick nick areas next door, but also a playground, table tennis and jeu de boules on site. Playing football or kiting is possible on the beach or of course on the "Friesche Wei" in the dunes, next to the entrance of De Zuidduinen. 

In the summer season a recreation team organises activities every day. By day these activities will be concentrated for our smallest guests. Every week there is a new animation program available. There are also oecumenical divine services each Sunday during the summer. 


You can play tennis at Lawn Tennis Club "Zee en Duin", only 250 metres away from De Zuidduinen. What else do you need to have a successful holiday?
